Giardina Consulting is expanding its independent debt advisory practice for institutional real estate transactions in Italy. We support developers, investment funds and property owners in structuring senior, whole-loan and mezzanine financing for €20M+ operations, with a focus on luxury hospitality, commercial and residential developments.

Working exclusively on the client's side, we analyse each transaction, design the capital structure, prepare institutional-grade credit documentation and assist the client through to closing, helping sponsors secure leverage for value-add acquisitions and repositioning strategies without diluting their equity. For specific expertise, we collaborate with WAI Capital Management, a boutique experienced in structured credit.
